Dr. Frazetta is a practicing Chiropractor for over 29 years. He has a passion for whole food nutrition and has helped hundreds of patients lose weight, have more energy and live a healthier pain free life. Along with his Certified Nutritional Specialist, Jason Roberts, they created a whole food program that will help jump start your body’s normal natural inflammation response process. Which in turn will help you make the right choices for living a healthier, more active life!

Our Mission:
We are committed to improving your health, detoxing your body and kickstarting lifelong health habits. We seek to help people find their way to the healthiest, happiest version of themselves. Our meal plan is all about eating right, maintaining a well balanced diet and focusing on fueling your body with nutrient rich foods. You will enjoy whole unprocessed foods that are void of additives and unhealthy fats. This wellness journey will help you realize how your lifestyle habits can affect the way your body addresses challenges and we are here to guide you each and every step of the way!

Here is what you get:

Session 1

-We will review your health history and intake paperwork.

-We will verify your PCP information and personally mail your medical doctor the diet plan and supplements that you will be taking in the first 10 days. This is to make sure there is no contraindication with taking the supplements if you are any medications.

-We will review your toxicity questionnaire to show the importance of your 10 day cleanse.

-We will answer questions on why we are detoxing and what separates this diet from others.

-You will be given a booklet that will explain the 10 day cleanse and beyond.

-You will be given a shopping list and will know what foods to buy so you can start stocking up the foods you will need. (all can be found at your local grocery store)

-We will check your body fat percentage, waist circumference, height and weight so we can calculate your BMI & BMR.

-For the 10 day cleanse you will be drinking shakes. The flavors are chocolate and vanilla. You will sample the shakes to see which one you like best.

*This session will take between 45 minutes to 1 hour

After the first session is complete, at that time you decide if you want to continue with the program. If you decide to continue the cost would be $399, if you don’t think you are ready to commit to the program there is no charge.

Session 2

-We will go over your 10 day meal plan and the supplements you will be taking. Everything is spelled out for you so you will know exactly what to eat and when to eat it.

-We calculate your Calorie Energy Equation (based on your measurements from the first session) so you know the calories you need to burn to lose weight.

-We will review your Health Risk Analysis and explain what your health risks are now and compare it to when you are finished with the program.

-We will show you how to set goals.

-We will show you how to read labels.

-I will gather information from you about your current exercise level to be used in Session 3.

-I will go over your food log and remind you to keep a journal during the 10 day cleanse.

-I will schedule you for Session 3 in about 10-12 days.

*This session will take approximately 45 minutes.

Session 3

-I will review any challenges within the first 10 days and how to overcome them for your post cleanse.

-I will introduce to you your post cleanse diet. Again, you will know exactly what to eat and when to eat it. There is more flexibility with your post cleanse food choices compared to your food plan during the first 10 days.

-You will be given a new shopping list to get your pantry stocked up.

-We will review stress reduction exercises.

-I will create an exercise program for your specific needs (you do not have to belong to a gym, they can be done at home if you wish).

-I will go over the importance of heart rate and determine where you should be at while exercising.

-And, just like any other session I will answer any questions that you may have.

-We will schedule Session 4 in one week.

*This session will last approximately 30 minutes.

Session 4

Session 4 is a phone consultation. I will check in with you to see how the new diet plan and exercise program is going. At this point we can tweak things to help you stay on track.

Session 5

-We will re-calculate your body fat percentage, waist circumference and weight to compare to your first session.

-We will review your current diet plan and see if any changes need to be made.

-We will review your goals to see how you did and cover and sticking points that you may have encountered during the plan.

 

My goal for my clients is to educate them on how to eat moving forward. I feel you will acquire enough knowledge in these five sessions to do that.

You will not be cut off from me after your 5th session – I can be contacted by email with any general questions or if you are a patient on one of your visits.
